Dear Fundraising Coordinator,

Thank you for your interest in Speaking Roses Products!! You may have already made the decision to join the Speaking Roses team or you may still be considering fundraising with us.
So as President & Speaking Roses Winnipeg I am excited to provide you with this fundraising information package and to have the opportunity to introduce myself and our program.

You might be wondering what Speaking Roses is, and I can tell that it is an amazing technology able to print any kind of messages, logos and even pictures on the petals of beautiful live roses!!
Our personalized roses have been used for weddings, company events, anniversaries, school proms, graduations and just to say "I Love You" in a stunning and unique way.

There are more than 80 standard messages to choose from like
“I Love You”, “Happy Birthday”, “Happy Anniversary”, “Merry Christmas”, etc or you can create your own message to be embossed on the roses!!

We strongly believe in helping our community and we knew that through fundraising we can do that. Speaking Roses has an exceptional fundraising program offering a large selection of flowers arrangements, your own website without any cost combined with an excellent commission structure to help your organization quickly reach its fundraising goals whatever they may be. Steps to a successful fundraising

1) Call to receive free order forms: approximately 2 to 3 for each member of your organization.

2) Circulate order forms to friends, neighbours and co-workers for a period of usually two to three weeks.

3) Make all cheques payable to your organization: Customers can pay by Visa or Mastercard by having them writing their name, credit card number and expiry date on the back of the order form and sign it (CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE REFLECTED AS CREDITS ON YOUR FINAL INVOICE)

4) Once your fundraiser is completed: we will pick up the orders.

5) Three payment options available:

Organization sends in cheque for 50% of full retail total as partial payment of order. We will collect balance owing at time of delivery.

Organization sends in cheque for full retail amount and Speaking Roses will issue organization commission cheque that will be included with accounting paper work at time of delivery.

Organization can phone in VISA or MASTERCARD number to pay the total order.

6) Your own website option: We are able to create your own website like www.speakingrosescanada/yourname.com
This option is perfect for ongoing campaigns where customers can purchase through the website.
Your organization can track and get a complete report for every sale.
